Hi Sarah, Your views are so strong and amazing. I read your piece, “Why Water Fast” and was very impressed by your attitude and approach. I too totally believe that nature knows best and the human body is magical if we know how to treat it right. I am also very upset about how we don’t have time to let ourselves heal naturally and try to get quick fixes which lead to so many side effects and then there’s no way out. Kudos to you. Keep well. Thank you for sharing the sad, heartfelt story of your father. A sad story to share to be sure, but I think replicated a thousand times in this world where we all live. I have had friends who went that route. Thanks for your courage to share it.
